For maximum safety and enjoyment while visiting our water park, please keep the following guidelines in mind.
Please obey the lifeguards at all times. They are staffed so that you may experience our rides to the utmost enjoyment, while remaining safe.
For your safety, the facility routinely conducts drills and trainings. For further information, see a water park manager.
General Rules that Apply throughout the Water Park
● Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 or over) who intends to directly supervise them in the water park
● Children under 5 years of age must have an adult (18 or over) within arms reach at all times
● No dunking, shoulder riding, rough play
● No running
● No diving or jumping into pools
● Those that are not yet toilet trained must wear swim diapers. Diapers must be changed in restrooms only.
● Wristbands must be worn at all times
● Towels must stay in water park
● Proper swim attire is required. Jean/denim shorts and shorts with rivets, buckles or zippers, see through suits, basketball shorts and thongs are not permitted.
● No outside food/beverages permitted
● State law prohibits glass bottles or containers. Coolers, cans and other carry-in food or beverages is also prohibited.
● Only coast guard approved life jackets permitted. Water wings and other inflatable devices prohibited.
● Additional rules may vary from attraction to attraction and are posted at each location.
● Splash Bay is not responsible for items lost or stolen
The Yellow Pipeline
● Patrons between 48' and 42' must be accompanied by an adult and a personal floatation device is recommended.
Infant and small toddlers are not permitted!
● Pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, guests with neck and back problems and guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted.
● Single vehicles only are to be dispatched. No chains or multiples are permitted
● Single riders may ride a single inner tube or in the rear of a double inner tube
● Double riders must use a double inner tube with the lighter of the two seated in front
● Maximum weight not to exceed 400-lbs per tube
● Secure all loose articles and remove any footwear prior to riding
● Remain seated in the hole, facing forward, and grasping the handles throughout the course of the ride. Stopping, changing positions, or forming chains are not permitted
● "Section 1711.551 of the Revised Code requires that riders must obey all warnings and directions regarding this ride and behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others. Failure to comply is a misdemeanor"
● CAUTION: Maximum water depth is 3'6".
● Exit the splash pool immediately upon entry
Blue Tunnel Twister
● Minimum height requirement for guests using this waterslide is 48"
● Pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, guests with neck and back problems and guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted.
● Secure all loose articles and remove any footwear prior to riding
● One person at a time. Remain on you back, feet first with legs crossed at the ankles and arms crossed over the chest throughout the course of the ride. Stopping, changing positions and forming chains are not permitted
● "Section 1711.551 of the Revised Code requires that riders must obey all warnings and directions regarding this ride and behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others. Failure to comply is a misdemeanor"

Red Hydro Spin
● Minimum height requirement for guests using this waterslide is 48"
● Due to the fact that this waterslide has a deep water pool, all riders must have the ability to swim
● Remain in the supine position at all times
● Pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, guests with neck and back problems and guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted.
● Secure all loose articles and remove any footwear prior to riding
● One person at a time. Remain on you back, feet first with legs crossed at the ankles and arms crossed over the chest throughout the course of the ride. Stopping, changing positions and forming chains are not permitted

Fort Meigs Deck Top Slides
● Pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, guests with neck and back problems and guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted.

● One person at a time. Remain on you back, feet first with legs crossed at the ankles and arms crossed over the chest throughout the course of the ride. Stopping, changing positions and forming chains are not permitted
● Riders must exit the run out as quickly as possible
● "Section 1711.551 of the Revised Code requires that riders must obey all warnings and directions regarding this ride and behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others. Failure to comply is a misdemeanor"
● Exit the splash pool immediately upon entry
Lily Pad Crossing
● Children under 48" must be accompanied by an adult, wear a life jacket or demonstrate sufficient swimming capabilities.
● No running, jumping or diving
● DO NOT shoot basketballs from outside the pool or designated area. Do not dunk basketballs or hang on the rims
● DO NOT stand on the floats. Excessive tipping or rocking is also prohibited
● CAUTION: Maximum water depth is 3'6"
Fort Meigs
● No running in or around tree house
● The water bucket dumps over 700 gallons of water. Use caution when standing directly under the bucket area. Not recommended for children under 42'
● Do not hang from structure
● CAUTION: Floor slopes towards structure
Walleye River Run
● Children under 42' must be accompanied by an adult, wear a life jacket, or demonstrate sufficient swimming capabilities.
● Travel in the direction of the current only. Rough play and splashing is not permitted
● Guests may swim, walk or float with an inner tube
● CAUTION: The maximum water depth is 3'0"
Whirlpool
● An adult must accompany children under twelve years of age at all times
● Elderly persons, pregnant women, persons with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure should not enter the hot tub without prior medical consent and permission from their doctor
● Lengthy exposure may be hazardous to your health. Observe reasonable time limits (10-15 min). Long repetitive use may result in nausea, dizziness, or fainting.
● Do not use at water temperatures greater that 104 degrees
